Cancellation Policy
🔹 Booking Confirmation All rentals are confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the pickup date. 🔹 What’s Included Your rental includes one mascot costume, ready for pickup on the agreed date and time. 🔹 Rental Requirements & Costume Care Costumes cannot be worn in rain or wet conditions — they are not waterproof. Feet must remain clean at all times. Do not wear costumes in muddy or dirty outdoor areas. Please avoid dragging, tearing, or overstuffing parts of the costume. Costumes must be returned in the same condition they were picked up. A $100 cash deposit is required at the time of pickup. This will be fully refunded when the costume is returned on time, clean, and undamaged. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: No refund will be issued. 🔹 Rescheduling We allow one free reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice. Additional changes may be subject to a fee and availability. 🔹 Return Time Costumes must not be returned late. A late return fee may apply if the costume is not returned on time, as it may affect other bookings.
