Cancellation Policy

🎨 Face Painting Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing our face painting services! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: 🔹 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds: Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days (2 weeks) or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This helps cover preparation and lost booking opportunities. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event, or in the event of a no-show. 🔹 Weather-Related Cancellations (for outdoor events): We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If bad weather is expected, we’ll do our best to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the same cancellation policy above will apply. 🔹 Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice. Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee. 🔹 Arrival & Setup: Our artist(s) will arrive approximately 15–20 minutes early for setup. Please ensure there’s a safe, shaded, and dry area available for the activity. 🔹 Liability & Safety: We use only professional, skin-safe products. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any skin sensitivities in advance.
